Tania Anderson Meighan, better known as “Coach T”, began her relationship with holistic health and wellness in 2013. Her personal journey for better mental, physical, and emotional living set the foundation for her current fulfilling life. She gained so much from her experience, that she decided to grow her expertise to help others achieve what she did. In 2017, she acquired 2 coaching certifications from the Health Coach Institute (HCI) in transformational wellness specializing in health and life coaching.
She continued to expand her services by adding fitness training in 2019. She then became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2022 and has been an invaluable partner for lifestyle transitions for all types of clients. Her specialties in fitness include weight loss training, strength performance, and functional mobility.
Coach T’s unique training style focuses on identifying the root issue that challenges her clients from achieving their desired lifestyle. She has supported countless clients in their progression towards better living with the implementation of healthier habits. Her education is continuous throughout the fitness journey, developing a positive mental shift that aligns clients with mind-body investment and appropriate habit shifts.
Her greatest joy is to see people live their best lives and is excited to offer it at UR Gains Fitness. Tania is an avid lover of music, dancing, rollerblading, and soaking up sun rays on a beautiful day with her family!
